Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours of placing the order, with a valid reason. Once orders are shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
If there is an issue with your order, and a refund or replacement is required, please get in contact with us within 24 hours of receiving your order on: sundazecoffee@gmail.com
Please include:
– your name, item and order number
– reason for refund
Please note, products are eligible for refunds if the wrong product was sent, or if the product is damaged, tampered or defective. All items must be returned in perfect condition and in the original packaging. Shipping charges will not be refunded for returns or exchanges. Sundaze will cover all re-delivery charges if the error has occurred from our side.
Refunds will only be completed via the original payment method made by the customer. Please allow up to 45 days for the refund to be received.
